教研是促进教师快速成长的方式之一，每周三下午，数学组的老师们都会积极开展教研活动。新教师们提出疑问，老教师们积极回答，形成了积极向上、团结和睦的良好氛围。上课前，同年级的老师会再次进行小教研，商讨讲课方案，形成共案，再结合各班学情形成个案。
